One World Strategy Group, (One World) is a Houston-based strategic communications firm, founded in 2004, that offers public relations,
public affairs and public engagement services to our clients. We pride ourselves in the use of the performance improvement model that helps us

the creation of measurable objectives and a plan to move forward.

One World Strategy Group is in search of a Communications Intern. This is a part-time position and will provide support to the Lead Strategist andGovernment Affairs Manager. One World Strategy Group is a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment. The Communications Intern will provideadministrative support to members of the One World team and administrative support to One World clients. This position reports to the
Government Affairs Manager.

Position Title - Communications Intern, One World Strategy Group

Primary Responsibilities:

● Fully support One World's PR strategy and execute it in different phases
● Participates in creative/ideation sessions as the team is determining strategy
● Creates copy for marketing materials, traditional and social media and public affairs communications
● Assists in the coordination and execution of special events
● Establish and manage community, political and communication database
● Meeting scheduling, attendance, briefing and follow-up
● Assist PR team with a wide range of projects related to external and internal communications
● Assistance with the tracking and implementation of the approved tactical plan
● Participation in brainstorming and client meetings
● Create and curate engaging content
● Assist in administrative duties
● Build and update media lists and databases
● Schedule, coordinate and attend various events
● Perform research and market analysis activities
